Not any pictures of the actual loading and unloading...but McKay thought the moving truck was the greatest and felt like we should be able to keep it. He loved riding in it with Nathan. He has been such a good boy while we've packed and cleaned, and unpacked and cleaned some more.

The 24th and a Fireman
As always, we love a good parade and we love the 24th's in Cedar City
McKay wants to be a fireman for Halloween and has put together part of his outfit. He's the cutest fireman I've ever seen!

3-Yr-Old Photoshoot, Take 2
The thing I'm going to miss most about our backyard, is my arbor bench covered with grape vines. The grapes were tasty this year and the bright green leaf color contrasted with the desert landscape is breathtaking. This is a perfect backdrop for pictures, even if I am not a perfect photographer or do not have a perfectly behaved subject. Despite the imperfections I was able to get a few keepers.

FHE
As our time is running out in St. George, we're visiting our favorite places. We love going to the Sweet Tooth Fairy to pick out cupcakes, so we decided to take our cupcakes and eat them on the grounds of the St. George Temple for Family Home Evening. I love the St. George Temple and wish I would've taken full advantage of living so close to it and visited more often.

A Beautiful Wedding
In the midst of all the busy-ness of getting ready to move we took a little break to attend Nathan's cousin's wedding at Sundance. We stayed in the cabin where the wedding took place....beautiful cabin, beautiful scenery and beautiful bride! I attempted to take McKay's pictures (since I was delinquent in getting them done when he turned three). He cooperated....a little.
McKay had the time of his life running around with his good little buddies...Logan and Ethan.
We also managed to squeeze a job interview and were able to stay with my Uncle Howard and Aunt Colleen. McKay thought Uncle Howard's organ-that-sounded-like-a-train was pretty awesome!
We're Moving!
I can't believe it....we sold our house! We didn't even need to list it and feel so blessed to have things work out like this. We are selling our home to a lady who is totally in love with it, and know it's the right thing to do. Although, I have such an overwhelming feeling of relief mixed with sadness...we've loved living in Ivins. This is our first home...the only home McKay knows. I can't really think of all the things we are going to miss because I feel myself sinking into depression when I do. For the time being we are moving to Cedar City until Nathan is able to find a job. It will be fun to live a little closer to family....hopefully we'll get to see them more often. McKay was an amazing helper unloaded all of the boxes....all by himself! If all goes according to plan, we'll be leaving on the 28th of this month.
In other news, Nathan and McKay picked the first carrot from our garden. It's a beauty!
